Creating a weapon with a certain effect

Hi there.

 

I´m actually working on a mod and wanted to create a weapon with the effect to ragdoll enemies when hit.

I knew the effect from skyrim but i havent seen a weapon that actually ragdolls enemies in F4 now. I have seen a star wars mod where you can actually

use a force push like power that works by using a grenade slot. But i really have no idea how to apply this certain effect onto a weapon....

 

It would be really awesome if someone who already made something like this could help me a bit out here.
