Bridge Reflection Flickering

So on my most recent game install, I installed Qarls -> RAEVWD -> Enhanced Water, but then tried going back to the reduced lite Qarl's to see if it helped framerate at all, didn't notice much of an improvement, so reinstalled full Qarl's and RAEVWD again. Unfortunately, I must have screwed something up because the water reflections of the main bridge outside of the Imperial city appears correct from a distance (darker version of the bridge from RAEVWD), but flickers the lighter texture in certain spots when you get closer.

Where are the reflections stored, what can I do to get the near grid reflections to match up to the actual installed texture without reinstalling the whole game again? lol. Thanks. I tried deleting the enhanced water and bashed .esp and reinstalling fresh ones and that didn't work.

Not sure if this would help but did you run TES4LODGen after installing RAEWD?

Yeah, I did. I also noticed that water reflections were showing lit up windows during the day, even though the buildings themselves didn't have lit windows. I'm not sure where water reflection info is stored if it's not realtime, but I ended up just going back to a clean install and starting over, lol.

Ok, I figured it all out. The flickering reflections under the bridge were just a flaw from vanilla oblivion once you enable static reflections, the sides of the bridge reflect fine if you don't install the RAEVWD bridge textures. Also, RAEVWD only installs lit windows in distant water reflections, since it has to be one or the other.
