Project579
Maybe ModOrganizer is blocking it try running MO as admin and setting 7zFM.exe to run as admin.

Project579
then it can't copy anything from it because the folder is "Fake" and it doesn't find it; the problem causing Patchus Maximus to not work correctly might be the fact that you are using both mods from MO and ones already in the data folder so some files are taking wrong priorities (files from MO are not overwriting ones inside the data folder). Project579
you might want to take note of the mods that are not in MO then Make Skyrim Vanilla: http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Make_Skyrim_Vanilla_Again (clean the masters) and install the mods that where in the Data folder using MO. Luka25565
Can i just somehow remove the mods that have a gray lightning thing in MO? The way i manually remove mods is i download the thing the drag and drop the files from each folder in the folder in data and because when i do that the files are selected i click delete and it deletes them all. Is that a smart idea?

Is that a smart idea? yes but is really slow. Can i just somehow remove the mods that have a gray lightning thing in MO? the gray lightning means the mod is being overwritten and is overwriting the same number of files. The mods that are in the Data folder have "*Unmanaged:" in front.
