CptCalavera Posted December 8, 2011 Share Posted December 8, 2011 Is it possible to detect headshots and add a huge multiplier to it so we won't be fighting bandits with arrows stuck to their faces? I mean, a well placed arrow to the head of an enemy about your level should be insta kill. Bosses, dragons and other tougher enemies should have a lesser multiplier thoug, to avoid making these harder fights too easy, but still ahve an increased damage. Maybe just arrows should have this bonus applied. A fireball hitting the head should be no different from one hitting anywhere else. Melee weapons also shouldn't be affected. The main point here is to avoid people running around, looking for you with an arrow through their throat saying: "I think I heard something. Oh it must have been my imagination." hunterofjello Posted December 8, 2011 Share Posted December 8, 2011 From what I've read on forums and UESP, arrows to an enemies head currently do x2 damage. I've encountered surprisingly large amount of damage when shooting people in the head, although i cannot absolutely confirm that it was because of a headshot and not from sneaking.
