Weird Fog

I'm new to the forum, but I'l try my best to describe my current problem.

 

The problem is the next:

 

Around my character, here is this fog circle. I use Climate of Tamriel and HRK ENB (I tweaked it, but I did not touch anything associated with fog.)

Some News:

 

I recognized, that Cimates of Tamriel is the problem here. The sad part is, without it, the atmosphere is not that good... It's bad.

 

Is there any way to destroy that fog?
