Destruction Ritual Spell

I'm at Destruction 94 and Faralda for some reason isn't offering me the option to continue training and acquire the Master level spells. Anyone else seen this problem and if so any fixes?

I can't see where is the problem, you shouldn't be able to train skills to 100 as far as I know.

Maybe I misunderstood a bit, but you can't train to 100, you have to hit things and you can't get the master spells before reaching 100.

I've never been offered the Destruction Ritual quest until I was at 100 Destruction. Once I hit 100 she offers the Ritual mission. Its a seemingly subtle dialog change where her training dialog used to be, something to the effect isn't there anymore to learn about destruction, etc.

Maybe they changed it since the last patch. I seem to recall having the quest available past 90 but I'll get it to 100 and then try. I was able to get the Alteration ritual short of 100 though :(

You cant train with anyone past 90, on any skill. This has been true since v1.0. They'll tell you that "you already know more than they can teach." It is possible to gain a quest for the Master spells at 90+ (I got my Destruction Ritual quest at 97 and my Alteration Ritual quest at something like 93.) But to be at a static 90, I don't know if they trigger or not. Safe bet would be to skill-up some more and try again.
