Vault 88 not displaying properly - does not show correctly

Thanks to anyone who took the time to read this.

 

After I go into the cave to vault 88, everything goes white with the people and some items showing as black. Cannot see everything and cannot play. I can hear the sound fine, and move, but cannot see anything to move around. I can't even leave the cave because I cannot find the entrance/exit.

 

anyone have something like this happen to them? Any guidance is appreciated.

Sounds like something's conflicting with the area. I know some scrapping mods don't seem to like the DLC.

 

Mod list? Might be be able to pick out what could be causing it.

Thanks for the reply. The mods below are all the ones I have in the Player Homes tab of NMM (DL from Player Settlement category)

 

Based upon what you mentioned there are 2 mods that may be an issue.

 

Craftable floor supports - DDProductions 83

ESP Only - Infinite Settlement Budget - DDProductions 83

Homemaker - Expanded Settlements - NovaCoru

Place Everywhere - Place - TheLich

• Scrap Everything - shadowslasher410 and Kuroitsune

Settlement Supplies Expanded Main File - Troy Irving

Settlement Supplies Expanded Safe SSEx - Troy Irving

Settlements Expanded - BlueSin

Snap'n Build Greenhouse - ad3d0

• Spring Cleaning - Spring Cleaning 2.05 - Nverjos

Do you know if any of these others may also cause an issue?

I am having the same issue, for me i have tried deactivating all my mods and running it again but it still has the same effect. I have no idea how to rectify the problem.
