Khajit Caravan totally gone

Anyone have any idea why my caravans could be missing?

 

I have 150+ mods and my game is running perfectly stable, leveled lists working, quite proud of myself actually. But I recently realized the Khajit caravans are totally gone, I've slept for hours and traveled to all the city locations. Anyone have any ideas?

 

I'll post my mod list in a series of pictures.

Hey I figured it out! just a simple load order switch or it could of just been bad luck when it comes to caravan timing.

 

Anyways if you could still take a look at my patch order I'd appreciate it.
