Can't see the files?

Heya all!

 

I have a weird issue with the downloads. When trying to manually download a mod (for witcher 3), the page loads and I only see an unclickable E where the mod files and downloads should be in.. I've tried this with several different browsers as well.. I also tried to install few mods through NMM, but it just keeps on telling me Server Unreachable.. I'm at wits end with this issue, and it's been going on some time now. I'm not a premium member, but it hadn't stopped me from downloading mods for Skyrim ages ago.. Is there anything I can do?

 

I tried googling the answer to my problem and even searching these forums.. Nothing seems to help.
