Nexus Mod Manager Meets Steam Workshop?

Okay, so some of the mods on Nexus Mod Manager suggest mods that I can only find in the steam workshop. I tried steam workshop and something broke my game causing it to crash with certain mods. I remembered how Nexus would prevent conflicts and what not so, I unsubscribed to all my steam workshop stuff and then started again with Nexus. So, my question is how do I manage both sets of mods so that they play nicely and I can use the mods from a single launch?

 

Also, my nexus mod manager is not syncing categories with site categories I just have Uncategorized and Misc instead of like I am guessing armor, character pool, etc. So do I have to do that manually?

 

Sorry if these questions have been asked before but I cannot seem to get a straight answer....

^{Oh, nevermind figured a way around it. Basically you find the content in programs/steam/steamapps/workshop/content/268500 and then if you zip it up using like winrar or 7zip or whatever you can then open it with mod manager and then it will install no problem.}
