rapotaku Posted October 4, 2016 Share Posted October 4, 2016 I have no mods installed that modifies perks, but I got a weird bug that my scrapper perk is white and i can not interact with it in any way ( cant preview next/prev, ranks, cant select it) . I found a few posts with similar problems, but those ppl seem to have mods installed which modifies perks. (unleashed perks etc...) Is there any way I can repair it via console or something???I already reinstalled evverything but it didnt help.
