Kravick
Is it a real language, based on a real language (or combination of languages), completely made up and invented like Klingon, or is it just random gibberish someone came up with just for the song? I cannot find any information on this any where. I'm curious and want to know more about this "dragon tongue".
jy02521671
its based on nordic mythology, so its a combination of whatever they speak in nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) and english

For me, it has absolutely no connection to skandinavian / germanic languages. Maybe a linguist should clear that one up. I have read somewhere that the rudimentary grammatics are based on the english language.
firstprice
I've only noticed a few connections in the dragon tongue. On the other hand, skyrim it self has a lot of connections to Nordic mythology
adytum
From what I've seen, they haven't put much effort in constructing it as a stand-alone language, like Tolkien did for example. The syntax and grammar are more or less exactly similar to English, a bit disappointing in my opinion.
