That is, in any game that accepts mods, how much time does it take for a modder to create graphic sexual content? In Oblivion, they didn't even try hard to stop it. It took exactly 20 seconds after the game came out for modders to find that the actors were already anatomically correct. Even in simpler games like Morrowind, where there was no marriage present, modders eventaully got marriage, sexuality, and even pregnancy and children in the game in short order.
