Backup all your data, that's save games, installed mods, load order, and the game install. The game just use Steam in the top left, back up an restore games. Then uninstall, grab the Fallout 4 folder (which is the installed mods) compress that with the .ini @ mydocuments/games/Fallout4 && the hidden load order files at users/name/local/Fallout Something like that, put the game on a disc an compress the other stuff an put it on disc. Then make a fresh install, and run a 11 grid without any changes, see how well it does. If it explodes an falls apart, install your backup build of the game, an keep on keeping on...
