ohGr
they never made a script for it to dissappear, so it isnt possible unless you editied it yourself.
Stormscape
are you sure? It DOES disable on my game when C3_DestroyDagoth 50 gets trigged at the end game sequence.

Almelexia
It dissapears to me, there may be other versions of morrowind. In the GOTY edition it is some people wandering between mournhold and morrowind. Or atleast one

Almelexia
That isnt the only way the ghostfence should dissapear. It does it for me and i have the european version of morrowind. But if yiou have the UK version then you probably need a patch that you can download at bethesda official website.
ohGr
im australian, and as a australian, nothing should work out right.could be a bug though, because i remember constantly walking through the ghostfence thing, and it was not making a sound. Serrieth
Just a suggestion, if you killed dagoth ur just for the fun of it then the fence will not turn off, If you talk you vivic he will send you to kill him and once you do the fence will turn off, you also have to destroy the heart too.
