I was going to mention the vanilla originally, but it's only one follower at a time, and I thought you were looking for a way to order all to attack as a group. If you want to try it, (it requires AFT or similar anyway) look for a mod called Band of Brothers. It's I think 4 followers, each of which has 5 followers of their own.
