Having a weird issue starting a new game, possibly down to load order?

Hi, so this is my first post on the forums, and I wish it could've been for better reasons!!

 

Basically, I have been using a couple of mods recently as I've only just got a computer and downloaded Skyrim, never been much for PC gaming and only played it on console up to now but fancied giving it a go before the new version comes out.

 

Long story short, I've got very little idea about what I'm doing, I kinda just downloaded the mods I wanted (making sure none clash) and sorted the load order with LOOT and then went with it. Now however, something appears to be very wrong with my game. As I decided to create a brand new save game, I have this weird issue where the camera goes absolutely mental when going through the first scene with Ralof, Ulfric and the thief from Rorikstead. Seriously, it's absolutely unplayable, and I haven't got a clue what's causing it, and my only idea is that it's something to do with the load order. I tried disabling the newest mods that I had added in hope of isolating the issue, but it makes no difference at all, which further strengthens my suspicions about the order.

If anyone could help or needs some help understanding the list to get to the root of the problem please let me know, like I said this is my first post and if I've done something wrong please let me know, don't absolutely destroy me for it, we all have to learn at some point (Y)

Should probably add that RLO is showing up in the load order despite not actually being installed, and I don't really know why o_0

The cart and horses going crazy in the first scene is a pretty common bug if you have more than a few mods. Your options are basically to play through the whole intro (so up until you get out of the cave with Ralof or Hadvar) and then install all your mods, or alternatively you can use a mod to skip the intro scene entirely. I recommend Alternate Start: Live Another Life http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557/?, since it's kind of cool to start your Skyrim playthrough shipwrecked or lost in the woods or whatever :)
