Now I'm stuck with the MQ (Cornered Rat quest), as well as 4 or 5 Misc quests... I suppose the saves are corrupted, so I think there is nothing to be done until there will be a save cleaning mod... akrijstyle Posted December 16, 2011 Share Posted December 16, 2011 I had this problem too and I tried everything you guys did. The only thing that worked for me is deleting the Update.esm file in the data folder. No crashes in Riften after that but Im not sure how it affects your save game.
