Changing races while still keeping perks

As the more experienced gamers know, changing race in-game causes perks to be disabled, forcing the player to remove then re-add them through the console, or reloading a previous save. When you get a lot of perks, it obviously becomes tedious having to find the ID of all the perks...especially ones gained through challenges. Is there a mod/method to bypass this?
