The lost animations of the first character..thing

I dont know how this things happen, but my first character I created seems lazy.

Maybe bored.

But the animations like sit on a chair isn't working, and remains standing up all the time.

With the horse is more freacky 'couse the man stands up trespasing the beast mesh, ugly thing.

I am bored too with this matter and as a lazy man too, I need a hand to solve this problem.
