number23scorpio
Hey everyone, my name is James. Currently I am reinstalling my FO4. My specs are the following: Intel® Core™ i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz16.0 GB64-bit Operating System, x64-based processorsNVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M I would like to ask a question: Is there a specific way to optimize the texture in the game? In my knowledge, texture took a boatload of VRAM, especially the 4k texture mods. While I am contented with using 2k texture, I still wish to optimize my game so that it costed less VRAM. I heard about Texture Optimization Project and Optimized Vanilla Texture but did not know which one is better. Some people say that they could be used together. Is that true? I look forward to your recommendation. Any insight is helpful.

You won't get double the effect though: whichever is installed later (or lower in the MO left pane) will overwrite most of the other one. There will be a small increase in performance.
