FiftyTifty
Right, now that you've rebuilt the geometry, rebuild the previs as well. Might do the trick?
Quaz30
And how do I do that?
FiftyTifty
And how do I do that? Top of the CK window -> Visibility -> "Generate Precombined Visibility for Current Cell"
Quaz30
Nope, that doesn't change anything either.
zilav
Your custom meshes are broken probably and cause the game and CK previs generation to malfunction.
Quaz30
Wow,incredibly helpful. If the meshes are bad, shouldn't the CK crash upon loading them? Besides, they show fine in game, they are just in a wrong place. So, mind telling me what may be wrong with them meshes? zilav
Bad mesh is not equal to crashing, and "show fine in game" means absolutely nothing. Nifs have dozens of settings that affect different aspects of the game, quite possible some of them cause issues with previs feature in FO4. I'm only guessing, because all other options in this thread didn't work for you.The sure way to check is to get rid of all custom meshes and use only vanilla ones in your cell. Quaz30
Okay, I finally got it! It was the refrigerator mesh causing all this.
zilav
Good. You've learned the major lesson of Beth games modding the hard way - if something fishy is going on and traditional solutions don't help, 90% chance it is caused by custom meshes.
