How to run better texture mods with 32 bit windows?

I have a 32 bit windows 7 wich only uses 3.5 RAM, now I know the better textures for skyrim make it crash for some reason and people fix that problem with the 4GB LAA, so I was wonder if there is any way for people with 32 bit systems be able o run better textures mods.Mr bben46 kindly gave me this link (http://www.techpower...ad.php?t=112556) wich enables skyrim to use more than 2 GB for 32 bit systems and it works, my skyrim is able to use more than 2 GB thanks to that little program but the game still crashes when using better textures mods.Is there another way to fix this?Will bethesda fix this in any future patches?
