Missing Health and AP Bars

The bars are missing from the game screen. I think it may be my load order. Please see attachments and thanks for any help.

Ever considered making a merged patch? Here's how to do it:

 

1. Start FO3 Edit

2. Load your mods

3. When everything loads select all your mods, then right-click on the mod list and select Create Merged Patch

4. A small window will pop up asking you to name your patch, write something and click Create

5. Now when exiting FO3 Edit another window will pop up named Save Changed Files, click OK

6. When starting FOMM or FO3 Launcher put your patch LAST in the load order and check it

 

If that doesn't work try disabling last couple of mods you added and see if the problem is still there.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I always run the mods using a merged patch. So that was already done and so one of my mods must be blocking it. I'll be playing w my load order to see if it resolves.
