Xcom EW error (0xc0000142)

hello fellow xcom modders

 

so as the title states ,actually whenever i mod my game(with resource hacker) or install any mod (like uber mod)
it gives the above error i.e 0xc0000142.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

please give step by step instructions because i am not a veteran modder

 

my version is 1.0.9(skidrow version) (I downloaded pirated version because the cost of the game is very high in my country)
