Kodiak412
I had something just like this with Vault 88. It ended up being an issue with Scrap Everything. Others reported the issue too and the mod author did an update and that fixed it for me. If anyone else reads this try looking at a scrapping mod if you happen to use one, and perhaps that could be the issue.
Dragosani
I had the same problem and an interior fogging mod was the culprit, updated it and now it's fine. Thanks for the recommendation!

aerie124
I had the same problem and for me, it seems as if its the ultra interior lighting mod. Edited April 23, 2017 by aerie124
Arex02
Guys I have figured it out about a year late:) If you have Fast Travel From Interiors installed(http://bit.ly/2tHzCCd). Then it's that mod. If not I am sorry you are having problems with your Fallout 4 Experience.....
chrisfand
If you only get this bug in Fizztop Mountain and the Fun House in the Nuka World DLC, you have outdated DLC files. Either you pirated the game and got the beta verison of the Nuka DLC, or you have not updated your legit Steam copy in a while. Mods are modifying those cells with the updated DLC files as a reference, so using old files will cause those glitches.

Yes, I use a PIRATE version. My issue was in the fun house in nuka world dlc. First of all I disable all my mods and fun house works perfect. After some time, I found the Vilain: FogOut - Interiors - All DLC.espNow I use Dynamic Interior Fog Removal without any issue in nuka world. latingirl123
My fallout 4 is also having the same problem and has been updated to the current version 1.10.163.....I had this problem in Nuka world only, in various locations and the culprit was 'Fallout 4 unofficial patch' from nexus mods...
