LE Request: Raising Damage of Spectral Arrow Spell

I would like to raise the damage of the Spectral Arrow Spell to 100, but if no one is willing to do this rather simple request, as I am guessing. I would be grateful for someone to point me to the right direction of how to achieve this.

Wow not one reply, I wish I knew as well, as it get dwarfed after player is about level 45. shame i liked it, would have preferred a stream of them firing one after another as a duel hand casting Edited December 28, 2011 by alildevil
