Missing some lines in the .ini file

The default .ini has the two Cell Buffer lines, but the .ini file in the Docs and Settings doesnt seem to have any of the lines in the oblivion tweak guide.

 

Only thing I can offer is that when I installed, I did the game, the lastest patch, Knights of the Nine, and a few mods. Frans, a weather mod, elven weapon add in mod, Unofficial Oblivion Patch and a Clock mod.

 

I installed all of that *before* I started a new game. So I dont know if any of that would change the .ini files or not.

 

Anyways, the game runs almost smooth with everything on max in the outdoors. Dont have fraps so i would guess 25-30 fps maybe? Was hoping that if I tweaked the Preload limit I could smooth it out, since I have 3gb of ram. But no luck since that line along with many others dont seem to be there.

Just realized that the game has been crashing on exiting since I started, so perhaps the .ini file isnt getting made correctly because of that.

 

So the next step is why is the darn thing crashing? Not using OOO, since ive seen that can be a problem. And the mods i have listed are all ive been running since I started.

 

Heck, at this point I think if someone could post what a full .ini should look like, I can just copy and paste and tweak from there.

New update.

 

Got a full .ini file from a friend, but since im still crashing when exiting, it doesnt save the settings of course.

 

So, if someone could give me the numbers for a few lines, I would oh so happy. Getting the crashing to go away would be even better, but Ill take what I can get.

 

I need the max distance for grass, trees, objects and people and the max for the two shadows.

 

Think those are the only sliders in the video section. Thanks in advance for any help.
