LE Longbow and dual sheaths.

Could someone make a longbow that levels up with you, or make one that's as powerful as the ebony or daedric? I just love the classic look of the longbow and want to keep using it. I say ONE because I'de rather not run into bandits using super powered bows.

 

Also could someone make a mod that adds a second sheath for dual wielding? It looks stupid when two weapons come out of the same sheath.
