I can make a mod which removed the flying dust and the floating dust particles that constantly such away your FPS and make it impossible to click on various things. Quickly, too. I've been using this technique for a long time to increase FPS in interiors, and now with this push I've made it extend to exteriors and released it as a mod. Jeoshua Posted December 12, 2011 Share Posted December 12, 2011 (edited) AND I've updated and extended the idea to cover all sorts of different types of that foggy, smoggy crap that gets in the way of your Console clicking and just looks terrible with HDR turned on! You can expect a 5-10% increase of FPS in certain interior cells like subways and most all of point lookout.
