A player home with Federal surveillance center K-21B and Listening Post Bravo exterior

As the title says I think this could make a great playerhome.

 

No issues with radiation from the sky since its an interior cell

Could set it up as a settlement, no worrying about raids (similar to how other established settlements in the game are)

Multilevel interior with plenty of space for anything you desire

Exterior vertibird landing option if you use any mods that have one, or the flare stick option.
