[HELP] Everyone is missing hair/facial hair.

Hey,

So I previously installed about 70 mods and upon loading up a game I noticed that everyone was lacking hair. After that I uninstalled all of the mods, deleted all the save files, and totally reinstalled the game. Here I am after doing that (multiple times) loading up a fresh unmodded game and everyone still has no hair, my character included. Anyone know what to do? I've tried about every suggested fix I could find and came up with nothing.

Three things suggest themselves:

1) Have you recently updated (or had Windows Update) the video driver? Recent versions have caused various graphic problems. Rolling back to nVidia drivers 368.81 or 368.69; or AMD driver 16.8.3 have been reported to successfully resolve the problem with Win10. In general, avoid upgrading your video card drivers unless the latest fixes a particular problem you are encountering. To prevent Win10 doing this to any drivers in the next or future updates, see this article on Taking back control of Windows 10 driver updates.

2) Did you remember to clear out your "C:\Users\<YourAccountName>\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV" folder when you re-installed? Some suggest you delete the entire "common\Fallout New Vegas" folder as well when a problem persists through other re-installs.

3) Are you by any chance using the NVAC Beta? At least one user reported that was the source of a similar problem.

Only of the 3 I haven't done is the 1st one. I play too many new games that don't run well with old drivers, guess i'll have to put new vegas on the backburner for a while. Weird that a graphics card driver could do that, if it is truly the cause
