WOTC CTD Issue

After a few minutes of loading up a save with WOTC enabled, it'll CTD. I don't have that problem with anything else. Here's my load order:

I've tried putting WOTC at the top and bottom of it, but it doesn't have any effect. Is there any known mod conflicts with WOTC that I'm unaware of?
