Increase all normal enemy NPCs to masters or equivalent!? Increase

Going through all the dungeons I find that even while playing on master difficulty (and for the note, I haven't "exploited" any of the enchanting/smithing/alchemy god-like crafting nonsense), almost all enemy NPCs are INCREDIBLY easy with maybe a couple harder ones near the end and of course possibly a difficult boss depending on the dungeon/quest-line/etc. Would it be possible to somehow make all the standard easy NPCs into the most difficult ones? This would enhance the fun of gameplay for me tremendously. I mean... killing 90%+ of all enemies in a dungeon on master difficulty with almost no effort whatsoever, and then MAYBE encountering a couple tough ones that can actually have a chance to kill me towards the end just seems out of whack. I just want all the dang enemy NPCs to be the hard ones. For exmaple, going through a dungeon I might see all Adept Conjurers and then one or two Master Conjurers at the end. Well... only the Master Conjurers can kill me and killing all the Adepts on the way to them is radically boring and massively lame beyond all reason.

 

What say you adventurers!? Can this be done!?

yea when you get enchanting at lvl 100 it gets so easy....

 

my enchants are 45% or something (for example 1handed damage), my 1-h axe has 375damage and with all my armor I add up to 1.29k .... so I pretty much 1-hit everything and never die...and for bosses no more than 5 hits and if I do charge attach it's worst...oh and I have shield to disarm and to knock them...so not funny anymore I want something challenging...
