LE [request] Dawnbreaker enchant

I thought I remembered a mod that allowed one to learn/use enchants that weren't normally available, but I was unable to locate it. That being said...

 

I'm playing a paladin-ish character, and I'd very much like him to wield a 2hander with the Dawnbreaker enchant on it. I'd very much like a mod that

• 
   
  
• Allows me to put the Dawnbreaker enchant on any weapon, or
  
• Changes the base weapon type of Dawnbreaker to that of a two hander, or
  
• Just allows me to change the base weapon type of Dawnbreaker by myself
  

 

Information of a console command that allows something like the above would work too.
