Enderal Stamina and Mana not regenerating.

Before you ask i do have some combat mods installed, I have Vigor, Wildcat Combat, and TK Dodge.

I have checked the compatibility list for enderal and i know Wildcat and TK Dodge are compatible with enderal and

from what I've read online is that vigor is also compatible with enderal. Also i did check my characters debuffs and

that is not the problem either. I've found through testing when i uninstall vigor my stamina regens but not my mana,

but I've not tried installing Wildcat.
