It was a female skin texture mod for an unusual body type which I do not remember. The mod replaced the skin textures of all races to look very mystical magical crystalline stony. It was definitely not lore friendly, made characters look other-worldly. It was really a work of art and quite unique but I didn't make a note of the name since I didn't use that body type.
