Bypassing "Cannot sleep while.."

How can I get rid of the "Cannot sleep while.. (in the air/taking health damage)" thing? (I mean the whole thing not just the message)

 

I realise that this may cause the player to die while waiting, but with a current mod I have on, I simply cannot rest/wait because of a perk which does health damage but only under certain conditions. (and I cannot rest even when i am not taking damage through this perk, the effect does not even appear in my stats page until the conditions are met, but i still cannot rest or wait)

 

I am certain (100%) that it is this perk causing it.

 

And I don't want to just remove the perk, as I know how to do that.
