Weird Crashes involved with a save

I got this save file that crashes the game every time I try to leave the zone I'm in.

I have pretty much figured out what was the problem but I can't fix it. I'm pretty sure I caused the problem by installing mods and replacements for textures; I really can't say what one it is because I did both in between saving and loading the file again.

I tried going back to the original mods I had while I was playing the character and still to no avail, it crashed when I tried to fast warp or walk out of the city!

Does anyone here know a console command that can clean the world up or something? For all I know it could be the Skooma bong that I left laying on the ground in Bruma.

New game loads fine and plays fine without any crashes "tested with 3-4 hours of playtime".

I also downloaded a save file and tried to play it, and it crashes when trying to load another area. It seems like I can only play save files that I have made after installing the mods and nothing before or from another pc. :wallbash:

Here is a list of my mods I currently have installed.

  1. Mods
  2. 1662-1.21-Inebriation + Skooma
  3. Beatiful People
  4. Deadly Reflex
  5. Dungeon Actors Have Torches
  6. Harvest Containors
  7. HrmnsOblivionScriptOptimization 1.0
  8. MIS.esp
  9. Natural Weather
  10. No Psychic Guards
  11. QuietFeet
  12. RealisticForce
  13. Skooma_Water_Pipe
  14. StealthOverhaul
  15. Streamline
  16. Unofficial Oblivion Patch

That's a weird one. Although I have had saves that crashed my game too, I haven't had one that CTD when entering/exiting a certain area. You sure it might not be because of your system? Sometimes it might be that your system can't handle the game because it doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

Yea I was thinking that too but the thing is I can make a new game and play for hours and hours and believe it or not I can make it look good, and get 30-40fps doing it.

I just have to turn the grass off and turn down how far I can see out and it's all good; my XP has been hacked up pretty bad for gaming too I got most if not all useless services off.
