LE Would It be possible to make the Phoenix fruit from One Piece?

I'm not a giant fan of One Piece but would love to have the powers of the character Marco, being able to turn to a phoenix and heal yourself with flames. I know this isn't exactly "Lore Friendly" though this would be cool to see in my game. If anyone could at least attempt this mod it would be great... even though its not likely to be able to be done.

The phoenix thing is unlikely to happen, at best you'll get a mangled dragon mesh. The healing with a blue flame is a much easier task. I wouldn't be surprised if it were one of the spells in Colourful Magic since there's a lot of blue flame spells. Check that mod out.
