XML config?

I just started a fresh install of Fallout 4 with all dlc's. Got a few mods installed and now when I am in game, it keeps telling me: "Make config XML with config app please run HudMenuSet.exe from DataInterface folder". I have no idea what is going on, how to fix this or what mod is causing this.
