LE Does anyone have a patch for Hearthfire Fortified Heljarchen Hall (Stone wall add-on)/ Heljarchen Farm?

It has taken me embarrassingly too long to decide on a mod that adds a wall around Heljarchen, even worse considering there is only like four decent ones... I would like to use the stone wall that HFHH adds, but it is not fully compatible with Heljarchen Farm. If you load them both at the same time you can see that it is sort of close, but the main path HFHH adds and the land around it that HF adds conflicts badly, but not extremely. has ANYONE came up with a patch for this, or if not could someone possibly?
