Extract the .fuz file from the .bsa

http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/461445-tutorial-how-do-i-modify-some-kind-of-file/page__p__3808371__fromsearch__1#entry3808371

Extract a .xwm from the .fuz with this tool.

http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=950

Extract a .wav from the .xwm with xWMAEncode.exe, part of the DirectX sdk, which is linked along with a link to a guide in the .fuz extractor link.

Edit.

Reencode as a .xwm using xWMAEncode.exe.

Reencode as a .fuz using the above linked tool.

Drop it in your install folder in the appropriate directory.
