List of texture mods that aren't covered in the big packs(Qarls, Bommrets, etc)

While I don't use Skyrim Mod Combiner's functionality it does make it very easy to compile a personal list of many of the misc textures that aren't in the bigger packs. Is there compilation mod, guide or list for Oblivion that would give me the easy ability to make such a list?
