LE MENTAL DISORDERS! Narcolepsy tourette and others!

Thinking about the RND i wondered... what if my character was narcoleptic? it'd be interesting if my character randomly fell asleep while walking or so ^{(non-combat probably... or maybe to just paralyze some seconds if you're in combat... quite inconvenient lol)} and, the side-effect of this would be that you recover some resting points for RND since... well.. you slept. Something similar to the drunk trips and such.
what about tourette!? your character could start seeming aggressive and people would surely react differently to it... attacking you or being scared (most of them being surprised/scared if they dont hold something against you, i.e. good strangers like citizens)
And well.. many other random mental disorders also, like idk, phobias? maybe to darkness.. to water... to girls/guys? making that character have a really rough time when coming to deal with those...

I think it would be quite funny/frustrating having some mental obstacles with your characters when it comes to "immersive" gameplays... and, needen't to say, an MCM would be great... also interesting activators for some of these diseases would be cool (for example, being hurted many times underwater makes you phobic to water) and you could visit some specialist ^{(that people could tell you where to find)} to get a quest to get rid of it for certain price... (for example, after paying them, they send you to some thermal waters to spend some time there or do some water-related tasks until you can get over the fear)

AH god.. i could keep going all day with these ideas..

I am in the process of making a mod with over 10 common mental disorders, their effects and urges, ways to alleviate the effects and urges, and cures (I am making them as realistic as possible, although in real life these disorders do not have cures yet, just medications) for the various disorders in mini-quests. I will also eventually add a few full quests to help the added NPCs of Skyrim afflicted with these mental disorders by going through their respective quest (one for each mental disorder) and helping them find the cure.
