Hello,

For a long time i had a list of things that i would like to see in this game, but unfortunately im not good at moding nor i have time to learn it, but perhaps one of you will find it interesting and try to make it on your own.

I love action and unexpected encouters. I really enjoyed the siege on the Whiterun and i felt that it was way too short encounter that cannot be repeated without loading back the save or starting new game. I would like to see a mod where players get's an option to not only move Towns and Forts from one side to another, but also regular sieges that can even last for 2h+ with enemy units respawning and attacking different objectives.

I feel like there's a lot of room in this war, even for other sides, could be dragons cults, vampires, pirates, Elfs, warewolfs, necromancers, some secret magic groups, even some other assassination group (other than DBH), Invaders from other part of Tamriel or even Daedra (aka Oblivion Gate's flashback).

I imagine that at best it would be if player could build some new Towns/Forts in certain locations or at least rebuild / improve current with some new buildings / units that would defend it. Each side would run their own patrols and even siege at different time of the day/night. Player should've an option to chose:

- where to send his patrols and what route this patrol should use.

- how big should the patrols be and what units should be used.

- in what formations units will walk and fight (like which melee unit would be aggressive and which would focus on protecting other units)

There should be many different objectives that give various bonuses, for example:

Big Towns and factions would get bonus resources from defending villagers nearby town, collecting Taxes, guarding caravans / diplomats and mines with various resources. Points gained from these activities would allow player to buy better equip for himself, soldiers or even hire some legendary units to guard his territory. (like Dragons or some custom units with a lot of stats)

Necromancers on the other had would get bonus points for killing enemy units and securing their bodies for futher resurrection rituals, controling mines and special areas where they can make more effective rituals. Rewards would be similar as in example above, but with different units and items.

Warewolfs/Vampires would had to kidnap enemy units (like forcing them to surrender when they get low on HP, so they can later transform them in to one of them. Undead and certain special units would be immune to that effect). Bonus points would be granted for the amount of units kidnapped and controlling mines / certain areas that grant them tactical advnatage.

Assassins could gain points for killing specific targets in enemy Capitol or kidnapping caravans/diplomats and then trading them for other goods.

etc. -> for other factions with different objectives and rewards. There should be only few objectives that is desired by all factions, like gold, mines and maybe food? (whether it's tomato or human blood/flesh in case of some factions)

Each side would've some kind of Captiol (whether it's a Town or a Catacombs/Cave in case of Necromancers/Assassins/Dragon Cults/etc) that require 4h+ long siege with different enemy units spawning for a long duration so it doesnt cause too much lags. What's the most important, there should be an option to prevent destroying enemy totaly, so even if player would siege enemy Capitol successfuly they would get it back within "X" amount of in game time (like few weeks or so). This way conflict could go forever, thus more fun!. (This should be additional option not enforced, so those who like to totaly destroy enemy can still do it)

There should also be defending from enemy sieges, would be very cool with alliance helping and all the options related to units aka:

- where units should position

- who should they focus/defend

- when and where they should retreat

There should be some ways to make alliance which require lot's of points/gold and other resources. When player would make an ally with some other factions, there would be huge chance for other factions to also make alliance and thus turning multi sided conflict in to 3vs3vs3 or 6vs6 (assuming we got 12 different factions by default). Different alliance should grant new unique powerful weapons / armor parts or even sets / jeverly, etc.

Each side should've custom powerful and unique units as officers for hire that can lead other basic units. Officers would grant some aura with various buffs to nearby units on top of them being strong by default, so killing them would make enemies weaker during sieges/dfending. Killing them could also be used as objective for certain factions quests. Players could have an option to build arena and force his officers or soldiers to fight between each other and then advance their rank based on the outcome.

TL:DR - A Never ending* conflict with a lot of siege / patrol / fights and economy activities.

*It would be possible to end the conflict by conqurering all enemy Capitols and areas - but it should only be additional option, not enforced one.

Now let's get in to the RPG part, becuse there's a room for a whole new campain around this kind of mod. Player could start as a basic soldier doing some patrols with other Officers controlled by NPC. After certain amount of various missions he would get new ranks, up to the point where he become new Leader or at least the Right Hand of the Leader. In most cases Leaders should be some extremly powerful units that require very big army of powerful units and lot's of time to Defeat (kinda like Raid bosses). Another fun thing that could be implemented is new Boss Leaders after you kill the orginal one. For example if you kill the main Leader of Dragon Cult (which is some dragon) New Leader would not necessary be another random Dragon but perhaps some Dragon priest or other custom powerful unit.

The last thing i dream of is destroying buildings or even burning down whole towns, part by part -> house by house (aka burning doors should only burn doors and not necessary whole house instantly), that would have to be rebuild by npc later, but i dont think it's possible with current Skyrim engine

Perhaps at least certain small parts of the walls / builds around or in town could be destroyable. Also there's lot's of room for various siege machines, from catapults, golems, rams to powder and magic.

Thanks for reading, i hope you like my vision of this " wannabe mod" and hopefuly someone make it real. If you have any questions or need some more ideas feel free to ask.
