Crashing so much it's unplayable

I'm at my wit's end with this game. I have ENBoost installed, crash fixes, memory patch, et cetera, but no matter what I do, I crash basically every few seconds. Nothing seems to work. At first I thought it was merely due to a scripted event, because I couldn't go near Whiterun for the first time. I thought it was just a problem with the giant attack. But no. Fast travel, made a new character and discovered Riverwood, everything makes the game crash. I don't know what else to do. I verified the game cache. Nothing missing. Here's my load order. Please help me.
