Crash on start with all of my mods(includeing dlc disabled)

I'm recently reinstalled new vegas from steam and i installed a bunch of mods and it crashed on start so i disabled all but the dlcs( i own all and the caravan pack) it crashed a again so i justran falloutnewvegas.esm on its own still srashes, the load order is(not that it matters all are diabled but the fallout new vegas master)

Any feed back would be nice i wanted to get back to playing this great game. I have included a would word file with my directory print screened to show all files but nexus said i cant idk why
