trojax
Oh, and updating the drivers got rid of the strange random objects like in your pictures. In my case anyway.
Leopoldo
ok updating the driver to a newer one solved the low res texture problem..but the trees and bushes are steel stretched throughout the landscape...any ideas? I'll se if there are any mods to improve the vegetation's meshes and use them as problem solver Edit: I scooped in the forums and found out mine is a textures problem, not meshes...still looking for a solution, if you have some ideas, hit me Edited December 13, 2011 by Leopoldo
Brokunn
... adjusting of the mipmap level of detail in catalyst control center... Trojax! I was experiencing the stuck low texture quality issue (changing it from the launcher did nothing) and your post reminded me of the "Mipmap Detail Level" setting in the Catalyst Control Center. For whatever reason, mine was set to "Performance" and I changed it to "Quality" and now I have high res textures! Thank you so much! I hate that AMD has the "Use application settings" for almost all of their overrides except that one... I never would have found it :P
WatchTheShow
You mentioned you had a few mods installed (around 20)? I'm sorry if you've already answered this, but have you tried removing all the mods to see if your texture issues (stretchy plants) goes away? Edit: Nvm, you already tried that.
