Show already learned enchantment on weapon/armor/jewels

Hello.

 

I kinda wonder: is there a mod somewhere that shows on the armor or weapon whether or not I have already learned an enchant it holds?

I mean, it's annoying to travel back to closest arcane enchanter just to figure out I already know an enchant of a ring/armor/weapon I've just found, because I can't remember them all in my head.

 

If there would be some sort of a "mark" near the name of the item (or something like this) who's enchant I already know, that'd be great, no?

 

Does a mod like this exist somewhere?
